Do you work directly with the ServiceTitan API?
Yes. We use the ServiceTitan API for data extraction into Power BI and for building automation triggers. We also work with ServiceTitan's reporting exports and Zapier/n8n integrations depending on what your setup requires. If it has an API, we can usually get to it.
Our QuickBooks and ServiceTitan revenue numbers never match. Can you fix that?
This is one of the most common things we're brought in to fix. The root cause is almost always one of three things: payment posting timing, job type to account mapping, or how refunds and credits are handled.
